The Canadian Political Workers Alliance (CPWA) is made up of

current and former political staffers who have lived the realities of

burnout, harassment, and precarity in political offices at every level

of government. We know the toll it takes, and we know the risks of

speaking out—so we've built a safe, anonymous space for stories to

be shared and heard. Our mission is to turn those lived experiences

into collective power, amplifying staffer voices to push for systemic

reform. Through testimonies, advocacy, campaigns, legal

challenges, and public awareness, CPWA is advancing the fight for

fair compensation, safer workplaces, and enforceable labour protections.
